Belize is steeped in history, culture and wildlife and still has some of the worlds best pristine rainforest, along with the world's second largest barrier reef.
On this wildlife holiday we shall go Manatee watching, looking for the elusive Jaguar and spend the odd evenings moth trapping.
The rainforest is full of birds, butterflies, orchids and other exotic plants.
We also visit a Mayan Temple dating back to 800/900 AD.
